Happy Back Yoga was created to alleviate back pain and maintain spinal health. By adding more space, length and stability in the joints and spine we are able to reverse the imbalances formed by our daily habits and injuries. Happy Back Yoga uses Alignment-Based Postures that are safe and gentle for most spinal conditions.
We've got the tools
The Great Yoga Wall is used to apply spinal traction, decompressing the vertebrae and opening up the joints. The Yoga Wall helps strengthen and condition the body, creating protection and longevity of the spine.
Happy Back classes are offered weekly at several studios on Oahu. Lauren also teaches private and group Yoga Wall and Happy Back sessions at her studio in Pupukea.
